With six consecutive years in the Top 50 (including three years in the Top 10), Cybertech now becomes a Platinum Level Best Employer – a distinction recognized across Canada and internationally.
The annual list is based on academic research that evaluates employee engagement – a measure of how positively staff feels about their company and their commitment to its success.
Though Aon Hewitt, Queen’s University, Canadian Business and Profit Magazine hundreds of Canadian companies are surveyed each year.
