Edmonton, Alberta – January 14, 2015
For the fifth consecutive year, the Cybertech Group of Companies has been recognized as a top Canadian employer. Aon Hewitt and the Queen’s University School of Business has named Cybertech one of the “Best Small & Medium Employers in Canada” while raising their ranking to #5 in the country.
“With two years in the Top 50, two years in the Top 10 and this year Top 5, we’re incredibly proud of our staff and our focus of ‘Why we do business’”, said Mike Palamarek, Director at Cybertech. “This top 5 ranking means Cybertech Automation and Cybertech Industrial Software have maintained a special work place producing quality work while growing significantly.”
One of hundreds of Canadian companies participating in the 2015 survey process, Cybertech staff responded to questions focused on employee engagement. Aon Hewitt defines employee engagement as how positively employees feel about their company and how committed they are to helping their company achieve success.
The Top 50 Best Small & Medium Employers category covers organizations between 50 and 399 employees. More information about the study is available here.
